Where do you deliver?
Everywhere in Bangladesh, all 64 districts, to your door.
How can I pay?
By card when you order, or in cash to the rider when your order arrives (cash on delivery). For cash orders we call you to confirm before we send them.
How much does delivery cost?
Nothing. Home delivery is free on every order.
How long does it take?
1 to 2 working days inside Dhaka city, 3 to 5 working days everywhere else. We pack and send paid orders the same day when they arrive before 2pm.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Open My orders in your account to see where your order is: paid, on its way or delivered. We also call before we deliver.
Do you ship outside Bangladesh?
Not yet. Write to us from the Contact page and we will tell you when we do.
Returns and refunds
Can I return something?
Yes, within 7 days of delivery, as long as it is unworn, unwashed and has its tags. Write to us from the Contact page with your order number and we arrange a free pickup.
When do I get my money back?
Within 5 working days of the item reaching our studio: to the card you paid with, or by bKash or bank transfer if you paid cash on delivery.
Can I exchange for another size?
Yes. Ask for an exchange instead of a refund and we send the new size as soon as the return is collected, if it is in stock.
What can’t be returned?
Pieces altered or stitched to your measurements, and blouse pieces once cut.
Something arrived damaged?
Tell us within 48 hours with a photo and we replace it or refund you in full, including any pickup.
Need to return or exchange something?
Send us your order number and we’ll book a free pickup.
